This World grew a bit dimmer when Kelly Dawn Rollo, age 61, left us to join her mother and Heavenly Father while surrounded and comforted by her loved ones. That flame left this World after a long brave battle with cancer on October 31, 2024 in Enoch, Utah. She was born on April 4, 1963 in Cedar City, Utah to Drex and Martha (Roberts) Parry.

Kelly grew up with her best friend and big sister Lori (Culbertson) playing out west in the suburb of Monte Vista. Together, they rode horses and cared for various animals in or around the neighborhood while developing a personal relationship with God and His creation. With the addition of their two little brothers, the girls now had their own real babies to play with and care for. Kelly married young and was blessed with her own four little baby boys. It was at the darkest hour of Kelly’s early life that she fell into the arms and heart of Wally who became her new best friend and helped return that glow we all know so well. Together, they welcomed a new baby boy into this world who would grow up to only make both of his parents very proud of the man he would become. Kelly had a huge heart and a passion for helping everyone she had ever loved. This passion gave her the physical and spiritual strength to be at her mother’s bedside to care for her when called to do so, regardless of her own struggles at the time. In her later years and starting with her little angel Alexis, her grandchildren were her life. She loved them all with every ounce of her heart and soul, and did her best to let them know as often as possible that they are indeed loved and cared for deeply.

Kelly was preceded in death by her mother Martha (Roberts) Parry. She is survived by her loving husband, Walter Ruel Rollo, and her five sons Jeffery C. Orton, Shawn G. Orton, Michael S. Orton (Michelle), Ivan B. Orton (Kimberly), Ryan K. Rollo (Shelby); and two step-sons, Alex James (Tialyn) Rollo, and Spencer Ruel Rollo. She is also survived by her father, Drex Parry; her sister, Lori (Jim) Culbertson; her brothers, Tom Parry and Cameron (Jamie) Parry; and 16 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Cedar Valley Funeral 2086 North Main Street at 11:00 am with a graveside dedication at the Cedar City Cemetery following soon after.

The family wishes to express their deepest and warmest gratitude and appreciation to the Gibson family of Midvalley Enoch, Utah for welcoming Kelly and the entirety of her family into their loving home and hearts over the past month. This display of kindness and love is a real Testament of the strength, determination, and faith of their wonderful community.
