Bruce Williams Stucki passed away July 23, 2026, in Cedar City, Utah. He lived to 81-years-old as a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
Bruce was born in Cedar City on December 6, 1944, to Dorothy Williams and Sheldon Jones Stucki. He grew up in Cedar City and spent summers on the mountain and working at the farm. He served in the United States Army from 1966-1968. Afterward, he moved to Las Vegas, NV where he married his sweetheart RosaLee Hardy in October of 1968. Together they had 3 children — Scott, Nicole, and Krista.
Throughout their life they spent weekends exploring Southern Utah and Nevada. Bruce enjoyed spending time at the cabin on Cedar Mountain, oil painting, riding motorcycles, dirt bikes and ATVs, going boating with his family, and collecting and restoring antique cars. He worked as a medical lab technologist for almost 40 years and never called in sick a single day.
He moved back to Cedar after he retired and enjoyed mornings at the coffee shop with his cronies, projects on the mountain, socializing around town and, most of all, visits with his kids and grandkids. We often teased him, calling him the unofficial mayor of Cedar City. He will be dearly missed by all. We will forever remember his tender heart, jovial spirit, and warm bear hugs.
Bruce is survived by his wife, RosaLee Hardy Stucki; children, Scott (Nancy) Stucki, Nicole Brearton, and Krista LeVasseur; grandchildren, Addison, Bailey, Jordan, Ahlena, Erin, and Tyler; and brother, Sheldon Lee Stucki (Francisca).
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Shirlee and Elizabeth; and his brother, Monte.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:00am at the Midvalley 1st Ward Chapel (70 E. Midvalley Rd, Enoch, Utah). A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30 – 10:30am. Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
