CACHE VALLEY BANK COMES TO CEDAR CITY, UTAH1 min read

By May Hunter, For Iron County Today

Cache Valley Bank moved into a historic building at 26 N. Main Street in downtown Cedar City.  Built in the 70’s, it has been renovated and restored to its original state.

A product of his time, L. Robert Gardner designed the building and several other buildings with the same distinct design in Iron County. Gardner designed buildings that exemplify mid-century modernism, this building is no exception.

They are investing in downtown Cedar City, which is exactly what Cache Valley Bank is famous for-restore significant buildings that they feel have played a positive role in downtown culture. Managing the newest Cache Valley Bank Branch in Cedar City will be Eric Heaton and Annette Smith, who are deeply rooted in the community with many longstanding ties to Cedar City. Their thorough experience in the banking field combined with their local knowledge and commitment will ensure they will be focused on serving all of their clients. These are locals serving locals which is how it is supposed to be.

Cache Valley Banks’ motto, “Mountains Await,” echoes the idea that owning and operating a business is comparable to climbing a mountain, full of difficult challenges, but with perseverance, it can lead to incredible rewards for the community, much like a breathtaking view from the top of the mountain!

WELCOME CACHE VALLEY BANK!
