Stanley Dalton Morgan, 55 passed away Tuesday January 7, 2025 in Parowan, Utah. Stan was born October 3, 1969 in Anaheim, California to Karrolyn M. Dalton and Robert L.  Morgan.

Stan is the fourth of five children. He spent his early childhood growing up in Parowan and then all over northern Utah. He loved the outdoors and had fun getting into innocent trouble with friends, always a big tease and jokester.  He attended, El Modena high school in Orange, California. He always loved sports and was very athletic all throughout junior high and high school with his main sport being wrestling. He took state in his weight division almost every year of high school.  He earned his Eagle Scout award. He loved to play tennis, pool, ping pong, pickleball, chess and bowling-anything competitive! He loved going to the movies or watching movies at home and could quote many, many movie lines! He had quite the collection of DVDs. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Peoria, Illinois, where he met many lifelong friends. He attended Rick’s college after his mission and traveled all over the United States, selling photo packages in Walmart and then worked as a salesman and photographer trainer for CirclePix. He loved to travel and meet new people. He was very friendly and outgoing and made friends everywhere he went. He met the love of his life, Lito while living in Salt Lake City. She was from Thailand, and after she went back, he was able to go visit her. Although they never married, they have stayed in touch over the years. He never had any children of his own however, he loved children, teasing, laughing, playing and would have been such a good father. His nieces and nephews remember all the fun times playing with Uncle Stan. In his more recent years, he enjoyed taking care of elderly friends and family, and was full of service and compassion toward them at the end of their lives. He had been a caregiver for our mother before she passed away and now for our father the last two years and they have been very close. Stan was so happy to get to spend time with our dad taking care of his every need. He also worked around town for dear friends, Janice & Marty Legant, Tom & Edna Beam and Robert & Barbara  Widhelm, helping them in their homes and yards with whatever they needed. They became very close. Many dear friends & ward members in Parowan took care of Stan & dad as well over the years, including the Halterman’s & Robinson’s. Stan loved to serve and help others. He had a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and remained faithful to the end.

He is survived by: his father, Robert L. Morgan, brother, David L. Morgan, sister, Melody Morgan Mitchell (Joe), brother, Robert A. Morgan (Mia) and sister, Lisa M. Morgan Davis (Robert) as well as eight nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews.

Stan was preceded in death by his mother, Karrolyn Monetta Dalton Morgan, grandfather Edward C. Morgan, grandparents John S. Dalton Jr. & Leona Williams Dalton, grandparents Irene Tomsik Chamberlain & Ralph Chamberlain.

We know that Stan was lovingly welcomed to his heavenly home with outstretched arms by our Mother, grandparents, uncles and cousin Lance and we will miss him deeply until we are reunited again.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 18th at 11 a.m. at the Parowan 3rd Ward LDS chapel, 90 South Main Street Parowan, Ut.  A viewing will be held prior to at 10 a.m.
