Otis Keys McCall, age 88, passed away peacefully at his home on July 10, 2026. Otis was born in Fresno California on February 27, 1938 to Otis and Alpha McCall. As a young boy he and his family relocated to Cedar City, Utah. He was raised here in Cedar City and graduated from Cedar High School where he was also a member of the State Basketball championship team. After Graduating he joined the United States Air Force and met the love of his life Sandra Woolsey at a sporting event. They later got married on July 26, 1958, 68 wonderful years together. This union brought two daughters, Terri Ann and ReNae.
After graduating from college Otis began working for the US Forest Service, and had a long wonderful retirement. Otis had many passions, some of which were red GMC Trucks, Jeeps, Snowmobiling, and bike riding. Otis loved to deer hunt and spend the summers at the cabin near Navajo Lake with his family and friends.
Otis is survived by his loving wife Sandra, his two daughters Terri(Mark) Mortensen and ReNae(Kelly) Smith, and his brother Robert(Gaylene) McCall, and his grandchildren Ryan(Jen), Mandie(Dan), Kaleb, McCall(John), and great grandchildren Luke, Maksim, Axel, Layla, Nathan, Shawn, Canyon, and one on the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents Otis and Alpha McCall, and son-in-law Mark Mortensen.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Cedar City Cemetery.
