Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our advertising sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, selling advertising space, and helping clients achieve their marketing goals through our newspaper’s print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase our advertising solutions and explain the benefits of advertising in our newspaper.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their advertising needs are met.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and recommend advertising solutions that align with their goals, including print ads, digital ads, sponsored content, and other promotional opportunities.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the newspaper.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the local business landscape to identify new sales opportunities and keep clients informed of relevant industry insights.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in advertising, media, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the local market and community.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Job description: We are looking for 2 full time housekeepers who can live together on property at our glamping resort. We currently have 13 geo-domes for rent, as well as a laundry and check in dome. The 2 housekeepers would be living in a 2-level dome on property (included for free).

Job description: Feed, water, and care for livestock; herd or move livestock for grazing, care, or transport; Examine animals to detect illness, injury, or disease, and to check physical characteristics, such as rate of weight gain; treat animal injuries/illnesses and administer medications and vaccinations; brand, tag, or paint livestock; operate trucks, tractors, and other equipment; inspect, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment, machinery, and structures; move equipment and livestock from location to location, manually, or with trucks or carts; clean stalls, pens, equipment, and facilities; mix feed, additives, and medicines in prescribed portions; protect herds from predators, using trained dogs; breed animals and perform artificial inseminations; help with animal births; patrol grazing lands on horseback or using all-terrain vehicles; groom, clip, trim, and castrate animals; dock ears and tails; shear coats to collect hair; spray livestock with disinfectants and insecticides. Workers are required to work and live on the range more than 50% of the time.

If a worker needs transportation, workers with driver licenses may be provided a company vehicle, or the employer or another licensed employee will transport.
