Our tears rolled and out hearts rejoiced on October 10, 2025, as Phyllis Allene Leavitt Fye, 94, went gently and peacefully to be with her Jesus while sleeping in her home with her family all around. Born April 1, 1931, in Concordia Kansas, Mom lived a life of love!
Mom moved with her parents, Walter (Andy) and Berniece Anderson, to California when she was 3. California was home until 1984 when she moved along with extended family to Cedar City, Utah.
Phyllis is survived by 3 children, Dan (& Cheryl) Leavitt, Janet (& Tom) Jackson, and Dale Leavitt. She was preceded in death in her daughter Sharon Rowland.
Phyllis said toodle do to 9 grandkids, 15 great-grandkids, and to 3 great, great-grandkids. Almost all these next generation “kids” knew her well!
We will celebrate Phyllis’ life Sunday, October 19th at Calvary Chapel Cedar City at 3:00 in the afternoon. Thank you, Bailey Coombs, with Zion Home Health for taking care of your Great Grandma!
