Faith M. Modaro Anderson
Faith M. Modaro Anderson, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away on Feb. 8, 2010 at her home in Cedar City, Utah. She was born on July 1, 1946 in Caliente, Nev. to Fred and Geraldine Sullivan Peranen.
Faith and Ron Anderson began their time together on March 12, 1979.
Faith enjoyed art, learning, reading and spending time with her family. She was a selfless, classy, loving, devoted person. You could say that she was one of a kind. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Faith is survived by her husband, Ron; her children Jami (Michael) Nicholas of Henderson, Nev., Michelle (Greg) Turnbeaugh of Cedar City, Ryan (Malissa) Anderson of Beaver, and Nakkole (Jason) Ray of Hurricane; her brother, Andy Owen; sisters Hope Boling and Charity Garcia; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her son Gerald Modaro, brother Bill Peranen, her parents Fred and Geraldine Peranen, grandparents Helen and Dewey Sullivan and one grandchild.
Services were Saturday, Feb. 13 at Southern Utah Mortuary, 190 N. 300 West in Cedar City, Utah. A viewing was before the services. Interment was in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
