Cedar City — The primary elections for mayor and city council for Cedar City, Enoch and Parowan were Sept. 15. Of the 19,405 registered voters in the county, less than 4,000 (19.39 %) went to the polls.

In Cedar City, 19.67% of registered voters actually voted. In Enoch 15% voted, and in Parowan 29.9% voted.
