Enoch Elementary puts cherry on top of reading goal sundae

Enoch Elementary Principal Daniel Ekker gets turned into a human sundae by his students as a reward for reaching their reading goal of 1.5 million minutes. The students not only reached their goal, but surpassed it with a total of 1,646,981 minutes. Ekker was covered head to toe with caramel, strawberry and chocolate syrups, whip cream, candy sprinkles and the traditional cherry on top.
