Noah Joseph Lomeli, son of Valerie Lomeli of Cedar City, celebrated his first birthday Jan. 25, 2012 surrounded by family and friends. Noah is such a character and is full of spunk. He loves dancing, playing outside and being wild. He is truly his mother’s blessing and the love of her life. His grandparents are Sonia Castaneda and Randy Reuwer, and great-grandparents are Roy and Josie Castaneda and Lorenza Castaneda. Mommy loves you!
