“This is one of my favorite things,” Cedar basketball coach Craig Cardon said. “I remember when I was a kid watching this game and thinking, ‘I’ll be able to play in that someday.’”
Cardon also said the tournament is a showcase for Cedar High students of today of their legacy.
“It shows them that this team has never been about the individual, but about the team as a whole,” Cardon said. “It’s a lot of fun.”
The tournament will be at Cedar High School Nov. 26-27. The cost is $150 per team with proceeds going to help the current basketball team. Teams are arranged by graduating year and aren’t restricted to former ball players.
