CEDAR CITY–Southern Utah University has announced that The Oak Ridge Boys will return to campus for a one-night only show on Thursday, December 13, 2018. This marks the group’s first return to Cedar City since its sold-out show in 2013 and is part of the “The Oak Ridge Boys’ Shine the Light on Christmas Tour.”
“We are thrilled to bring The Oak Ridge Boys back to southern Utah with their one-of-a kind Christmas Show,” says Mindy Benson, vice president for alumni and community relations, in a release. “The Oaks have a magical way of bringing the joy of the season to others, especially kids. In fact, each child attending the show will receive a special gift from Santa Claus, making this a wonderful family show.”
The show begins at 8 p.m. and will be held in SUU’s America First Event Center located at 152 S. 800 West. Tickets are $26 for adults, $16 for students of all ages and can be purchased online at www.tbirdtickets.com, by calling 435.586.7872, or by visiting the Thunderbird Ticket Office.

Every time they step before an audience, the Oaks bring four decades of charted singles, and 50 years of tradition, to a stage show widely acknowledged as among the most exciting anywhere. And each remains as enthusiastic about the process as they have ever been.
The group has scored 12 gold, three platinum, and one double platinum album—plus one double platinum single—and had more than a dozen national Number One singles and over 30 Top Ten hits. Learn more about The Oak Ridge Boys by visiting www.oakridgeboys.com.
