The 2017 Spring Home and Garden Fair will be April 21-22 at the Diamond Z arena at the Cross Hollows Event Center in Cedar City. With the 2016 show being the most successful on record thus far, the Iron County Home Builders Association is hopeful for another big success this year, according to a press release.

“(Last year) all booth spaces sold out, and over 2,500 people visiting the 2-day event,” the release stated. “The fair will exhibit all kinds of products from home design and building and design, to flooring, furnishings, window treatments, paint, appliances, fixtures, lighting, landscaping, and even hot tubs as well as other personal products including outdoor products.”

The Association is thankful to generous Platinum Sponsors: Melling Granite and Zions Bank, and Gold Sponsors: Rocky Ridge Landscape Rock and Roll-offs, Jones Paint & Glass, Mountain Lighting, Integrity Supply, Real Property Management, and Southwest Appliance Wholesale and media sponsors: Cherry Creek Radio, Iron County Today, and Cedar City Daily News.

“We also invite the public to participate in the benefit breakfast 8 a.m. on Saturday morning for 12 year-old Paityn daughter of Josh and Jaymi Carver,” according to the press release. “The Carvers are a local family and they need help with the burdensome cost associated with ongoing treatments for Paityn. She was recently diagnosed at Primary Children’s Hospital with a extreme case Crohn’s Disease, which is an autoimmune life-long illness and a form of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.”

The breakfast will be cooked by the Iron County Home Builders Association Board of Directors and sponsored by Funder Welding, Everything Exterior, Harris Custom Cabinets and Flooring Design Center and Proforma Business Communications.

A donation of $5 per person is requested for full breakfast. All proceeds will be donated to the family. For more information, call Julie or Zurl at (435) 865-1113 or drop by the association office at 1760 N. Main. Street, #206 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
