CEDAR CITY–Randall Allen is joining Jenkins Bagley, PLLC as Of Counsel. Allen has tried more than 50 cases, including 20 jury trials and graduate cum laude from Brigham Young University law school in 1996. He has served on the Law Review and was Student Bar Association President. Allen also has a Master of Public Policy and served as law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Over the course of a 22-year legal career, Allen has argued appellate cases before the Court of Appeals as well as the Utah Supreme Court. Allen’s published appellate cases include: United States v. Holbert; Cedar Surgery Center v. Bonelli; State v. Moreno.
Allen is a Rotarian and a lecturer at SUU and resides in Cedar City with his wife, Ann Marie McIff Allen.
