Nada Dee Dixon-Stuckey

Nada Dee Dixon-Stuckey, age 82 passed away at her home in Cedar City Friday, Aug. 18, 2017.

Born September 2, 1934 in Baltimore, Maryland, Nada called Van Horn, Texas home for many years before returning to Cedar City.

Nada was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was helpful in nature and always went out of her way to be of service to others. She enjoyed volunteering at the Culberson County Historical Museum. Nada enjoyed sewing, she loved quilting with friends from her sewing club. She had a love for animals of all kinds, and always had a pet that she had rescued.

Survivors include her children, Martin Davis (Rochelle), David Davis, and Danette Davis-Hockins. Her stepchildren Marina Cannon, Michael Stuckey (Stella), Cassandra Manders (Tod), and Daniel Stuckey. Grandchildren Randi Williams (Michael), Rebecca Simmons (Chris), Craig Stuckey (Ashley), and Jennifer Stuckey. Nada is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Stuckey, her brother Dr. David Dixon, and her daughter Bonnie Bretz.

Graveside service will be at the Provo Cemetery Saturday, August 26, 2017; time to be announced. Arrangements are being handled by Southern Utah Mortuary. Obituary will be updated on the website of Southern Utah Mortuary and online condolences can be made at
